By the end of our session, you’ll have a customized roadmap designed to bring ease, function, and comfort into your home.

Organization Service

I offer customized pricing depending on the project- Feel free to reach out and I can share more details.

This service is designed to help your home feel lighter, calmer, and easier to live in. I provide deep, thoughtful organization with customized systems for every part of your space—closets, drawers, pantries, cabinets, garages, storage sheds, and more. Through intentional sorting, simple labeling, and functional layouts, I create spaces that truly work for you and your daily routines.

This service is billed hourly, allowing flexibility based on your unique needs, space size, and goals. Whether we’re tackling one problem area or transforming multiple spaces, we’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable and intentional.

Photo Digitizing Services

Coming Soon to The Seasonal Edit Co.

If you are like so many of the people I work with, you probably have a box (or two… or ten) tucked away in your garage or attic filled with old family photos.

The kind you mean to go through.
The kind you want to share.
The kind you haven’t looked at in years.

At The Seasonal Edit Co., I’m excited to offer professional photo digitizing services designed to help you preserve those memories and make them easily accessible, without adding more to your to-do list.

Why Digitize Your Photos?

Printed photos are priceless, but they fade, get damaged, and are difficult to share. Once digitized, your memories become:

• Safely backed up

• Easily organized

• Accessible from your phone

• Simple to share with family

• Protected for future generations

There is something incredibly special about having old family photos right on your phone and displayed beautifully in your home. It truly feels like a privilege to see generations of memories brought back to life.

Thoughtful & Professional Scanning

Your photos are irreplaceable. That’s why I use professional equipment, including the Epson FastFoto. This high-quality scanner quickly and safely digitizes your photos while enhancing brightness, correcting color, and optimizing resolution for today’s screens.

Each collection is handled with care and intention. As a professional organizer and small business owner, I understand that these aren’t just pictures, they’re pieces of your family’s story.

How You’ll Receive Your Photos

Once digitized, your photos can be:

• Uploaded to the cloud

• Organized in Google Drive or Dropbox

• Delivered on a USB drive

• Stored digitally for long-term safekeeping

Everything will be ready for you to access, enjoy, and share.

What Happens After They’re Digitized?

This is where the fun begins.

Digital Frames: My personal favorite is the Aura Frame. They come in a variety of colors and sizes, are incredibly easy to set up, and require little to no maintenance once placed in your space. Watching family memories rotate daily brings so much warmth into a home.

Pricing ranges from $149 to $499 /per frame.

Seasonal Photo Baskets: Keep small curated stacks of printed photos in a decorative basket and rotate them seasonally for a fresh, meaningful display.

Pricing ranges depend on what you have and what you'd like, $5 to $50 for materials

Photo Binders for Organized Keepsakes: If you love the feeling of flipping through real pages, binders are a beautiful solution. After digitizing, we can organize your printed photos into clean, labeled binders by year, family, milestone, or category. This gives your photos a permanent, intentional home instead of a storage bin, while still keeping digital backups safely preserved.

Pricing ranges depend on what you have and what you'd like, $20 to $100 for storage materials

Digitizing and Storage: For a clutter-free solution, keep everything safely stored and backed up digitally and then put back in storage boxes.

No matter your preference, you’ll finally be able to enjoy your memories instead of storing them away.

Pricing ranges depend on what you have and what you'd like, $15 to $100 for storage materials

Pricing for Photo Digitizing:

Up to 500 photos
$0.75/ per photo
Total: Up to $375

500–1,000 photos
$0.65/ per photo

Total: Up to $650

Includes:

• Professional scanning

• Basic color, brightness, and red eye correction

• Digital delivery via cloud service, Google Drive, Dropbox or USB

Preserving your family’s memories is more than a task, it’s a legacy decision. I am honored to help families bring their photos out of storage and back into everyday life.

If you’re ready to finally open those boxes and give your memories the home they deserve, I would love to help.

The Seasonal Edit Co.

Hi, I’m Rebecca Kilby—founder and heart of The Seasonal Edit Co., a small, woman-owned business based in Virginia Beach, where I was born and raised. I believe your home should be your calm, your comfort, your safe place- and sometimes all it needs is a little refresh… or as I like to call a seasonal edit.

I studied Psychology at VCU, where I learned how deeply our environments affect our mood, stress levels, and overall well-being. That knowledge, paired with my natural love for organizing and helping others, inspired me to create a business focused on more than just tidying up. I help people reconnect with their spaces by giving their homes thoughtful refreshes that feel lighter, calmer, and more functional.

I’m fast, efficient, and hardworking, and I approach every project with care, warmth, and intention. I come from a family of entrepreneurs, and owning my own small business has been a lifelong dream. Being able to serve my community while doing work that truly matters to me is something I’m incredibly grateful for.

At The Seasonal Edit Co., I believe in creating spaces that grow with you. Whether it’s a small reset or a full home edit, my goal is always the same: to make your space feel more peaceful, more personal, and more like you.
